How we Start
Ujjal foundation
Ujjal foundation is an initiative by 5 young professionals in the district of Bolangir in Odisha.
There are several issues related to poverty and marginalization and unemployment is the core problem out of all.Youth unemployment is taking the shape of a catastrophe in a state like Odisha.If the issues of unemployment is not dealt with prudent efforts by civil society organizations and Government then it would pose a threat to growth and development of the country.
Mission:
Access To A Descent Work And Livelihood.
To train and employ unemployed youth of the state and the country in various organized and
unorganized sectors and build the livelihood of the vulnerable target groups.
Fight against the rights of labours those who migrate to other state became harass, and torture mentally and physically.
Imparting necessary different Womens vocational training for employment opportunities.
Proper channelization of youth power for the social upliftment.
By organizing the different specialized agricultural training program.

To establish an Organisation of repute in the state and the country focusing on livelihood promotion of vulnerable communities.
The Trust will make service efforts for the growth and development of weaker section such as scheduled caste , schedule tribe, bonded laborers and economically back ward strata of the society to make them self sufficient and self reliant. Helping the people to mobilize and utilize optionally the natural, human and with resources for their development.
